Yulbike Montreal offers services for your bike
Choose the service you are interested in from the list and make an appointment to come to the Montreal workshop.
It will be possible to pay on site by credit/debit card or cash.
A confirmation email with directions to our Montreal workshop will be sent to you at the end of the appointment process.
1 year manufacturer's warranty
Allow one hour for the analysis of the problem and the repair at our Montreal workshop.
In some cases, you may have to leave the bike at our shop and pick it up another day.

Your Yulbike electric bicycle is under 1 year manufacturer's warranty. The date of the warranty starts the day of the reception of your final invoice. If your bike is no longer under warranty, please make an appointment with our technical service.

Maintenance at $70
Allow one hour to upgrade your yulbike at our Montreal workshop.

Technical service at $60/hr
Yulbike technical service allows you to proceed with a repair if your bike is no longer under warranty.
The hourly rate is $60/hr divisible by 15 minute increments. When you make an appointment, a time slot of 1 hour is reserved for you. The technician will evaluate on site the time needed for your repair. 80% of the repairs are generally done in less than 1 hour. If ever the time needed is longer, you can leave your bike at our workshop and make an appointment for a pick up when the repair is completed.

Bike storage starting at $75
Give yourself peace of mind with our bike storage service. Take advantage of our "Storage and Tune-up" offer and avoid the springtime wait at the workshop.

GPS tracker installation for $99
Installation of the Yulbike GPS compatible with City and Urban bikes included:
- An Apple Airtag tracker
- An adapter to integrate the tracker into the bike frame
- A "Bicycle protected by GPS tracker" sticker
- The configuration of the tracker on your phone.

Tire change
10$ the front wheel | 20$ the rear wheel
When winter or spring arrives, it's time to change your tires. Yulbike offers a tire change service reserved for our customers for 10$ for the front tire and 20$ for the rear tire

2$ tire inflation
Come and have your tires inflated to the perfect pressure for your bike model. We recommend checking your tire pressure every 2 months. Under-inflated tires wear out prematurely and require more effort to move you forward (the engine forces more and you will have less range). Overinflated tires expose you to more frequent punctures.
Recommended pressures according to the models:
Urban: 55 psi
City: 55 psi
Phantom: 65 psi
Armada: 55 psi
Armada pro: 55 psi

Battery balancing for $10
When winter arrives it is important to winterize your battery at the right voltage (between 37 and 38 volts) to guarantee a good life span.
If your battery is overcharged, you can bring it to our workshop. We use a specialized device to discharge your battery to the right voltage.
This operation can take between 1h and 3h depending on the capacity of your battery. When you make an appointment below, you will be given a time slot of 1 hour. If the discharge of your battery lasts longer, you can wait on site or come back at another time by making an appointment for a battery pick-up

Where can I park?
When you reserve your appointment, a confirmation email containing all parking instructions will be sent to you. Once you arrive at 5425 de Bordeaux Street, continue on de Bordeaux Street and turn right to enter the backyard of the building. You can park in parking space 209. If the space is occupied you can park temporarily at the delivery dock.
