Yulbike Explora uses the Pegasi motinova pedal motor used on our rugged Armada bike. This one offers an efficiency superior to 85% and a nominal consumption of 250W! The loss of autonomy due to heat is reduced and gives you more autonomy per charge. We also integrated a maximum of energy in its Lithium Ion battery without charge memory LG of 630Wh (36V 17.5Ah) to offer you a range going up to 150km in economy mode.
The power
Despite its predisposition to comfort and riding, we wanted to equip Yulbike Explora with an exceptional engine for its category. The Motinova Pegasi pedal motor develops an impressive 80Nm of torque and allows for lightning acceleration. Equipped with a torque sensor, a cadence sensor and a speed sensor, the Pegasi motor integrates complex algorithms to provide the user with a response time of 10ms! This means you get instantaneous power from the motor with every pedal stroke. The rider will also benefit from the 7 speeds of our Shimano Altus derailleur to tackle steep hills.
The silence
You have to try it to believe it. The silence of the Motinova engine is beyond description. Take advantage of your time on the bike to immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. This contributes to the feeling of freedom and comfort that the Yulbike explora gives you.
The equipment
Yulbike Explora comes fully equipped as standard. This includes a kickstand, bell, battery powered front and rear lights, front and rear reflectors, a sturdy 25kg luggage rack and rigid metal mudguards.
The comfort
The low-profile frame design offers an upright riding position. The seat tube can be lowered, the handlebars are high in relation to the pelvis, and the weight on the forearms is contained thanks to this fluid frame design. Your handlebars are adjustable in height and depth. The Suntour NEX E-25 hydraulic suspension is adjustable in tension and stiffness to help absorb the roughness of the road. The 180mm ventilated and hydraulic Logan disc brakes provide smooth and effective braking. The 2.1-inch wide tires with K-Shield and reflective tape provide a sense of security and increased visibility at night.
The highlight: The motinova motor is equipped with the "Smart Mode". This unique mode changes for you and selects the ideal pedaling assistance mode fully automatically. Depending on the terrain, your bike will be able to switch from eco, normal, sport or turbo mode completely by itself! All you have to do is pedal like an ordinary bike and you won't have to worry about your control lever anymore!
