A modular logistics solution
Fleximidal BicyLift is part of the active logistics solutions offered by Yulcargo. The BicyLift trailer is the French quality because it is manufactured in France by the Fleximodal company. It can be attached to a Yulbike Armada Pro to quickly transport goods of various sizes thanks to the different modules of the BicyLift range.
Loading
Fleximodal BicyLift has dimensions suitable for pallets of 80 cm x 120 cm (European size). With a width of 113 cm the trailer is at ease on the streets as well as on the bike paths. It has a towing capacity of 200 kg, which allows it to be adapted to the different BicyLift Modules to transport a wide variety of goods. As these modules can be transferred directly from a vehicle to the BicyLift trailer without unloading the goods, you increase the fluidity of the transport by avoiding load breakage. And with its quick and easy coupling and lifting systems, you will get a very efficient modular logistics solution.
The equipment
The BicyLift offered by Yulcargo is equipped with its unique load lifting system, rear lights and a visibility flag. It can be attached to a range of modules on wheels or to a tray to transport large objects or to a fork to lift a pallet on which goods can be pre-packed.
Braking
Braking capacity and speed is paramount when it comes to stopping with a load on a bicycle. Fleximodal BicyLift has 3 braking modes for maximum safety. First, an inertia braking device that slows down the trailer in proportion to the braking of the bike. And if attached to a Yulbike Armada Pro with its 4-piston hydraulic brakes and 208 mm diameter ventilated discs, you'll definitely stop before the stop line. Additional braking systems on the trailer are a hand brake to secure the transshipment of modules or loading of goods and a hand brake in the hand position to easily stop the trailer when it is moved on foot.
