If you see your order number in this list, it means that your bike is ready. You can make an appointment to pick it up at our Montreal workshop. It will be possible to pay your balance on site by credit card, debit or cash.

If you have chosen the home delivery option and you see your order number in this list, it indicates that your order is about to leave our workshop.
How do deliveries work?
Every year the deliveries of yulbike electric bikes are separated by seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter. You can refer to your order or pre-order invoice to check this information.
On this page we display the delivery progress for each season. Please note that we do our best to serve you and we try to deliver the orders in a chronological way in order to be fair.
When can I pick up my bike?
When you have pre-ordered a Yulbike, 2 invoices are issued to you:
- Invoice 1: Corresponds to 30% of the amount of the bike. This reserves your bike and places it in the delivery list. This invoice contains your official order number. You can check on this page which order range we are at in the assembly.
- Invoice 2: Corresponds to 70% of the amount of the bike. We send you this invoice by email when your bike has been assembled. At the bottom of the email, a link will be available to allow you to make an appointment for the workshop pickup. It is normal for this invoice to have a different order number. Please use the order number of invoice 1 when corresponding with Yulbike
